How to Stop Sweaty Hands
We often put sweaty hands in stressful situations, when we are nervous or excited. This is because the eccrine sweat glands are highly concentrated in the hands, forehead, and feet. They are connected to our sympathetic nervous system, which is activated when we are stressed.
Some people who have hyperhidrosis or excessive sweating, find that they only sweat a lot on the palms of their hands. This condition is called palmar hyperhidrosis.

It may be present at the time of birth, but it mostly begins to occur in adolescence. For some people, the problem disappears, while others experience it all their lives.
Avoid these foods to reduce sweaty hands
did you know that food can affect your sweat levels? Certain foods will increase your sweating, other foods will make you sweat less. If you have sweaty hands or suffer from Palmar Hyperhidrosis,

you will want to avoid caffeine, alcoholic beverages, spicy foods and fatty and fried foods. These types of foods will raise body temperature and heart rate. When your body temperature increases, you will naturally sweat more.
Coconut oil
Coconut oil is a good antiperspirant. The lauric acid in it kills the bacteria responsible for the unwanted body odor.
The softening fragrance of the oil keeps you fresh all day. Take a small amount of oil and rub it on the hands and feet to stop the sweat and nourish the skin.Sodium bicarbonate
Due to its alkaline nature, sodium bicarbonate serves as the best home remedy for sweaty hands.
Put three tablespoons of baking soda in warm water. You will notice effervescence. Dip your hands for half an hour and rub them with lumps of soda underneath. Dry it with a cloth after it is finished. You can also use this remedy for your feet.

Cornstarch works in a similar way to talcum powder and stops sweaty hands and feet instantly. Sprinkle your hands and feet with a little cornstarch powder. Let it sit for half an hour and then wash it.

Sage tea soaking for sweaty hands

A dermatologist recommended boiling a liter of water with five bags of aromatic tea and when the solution has cooled, immerse the palms in it for thirty minutes. Why sage tea?

Well, sage tea has the ability to act as a natural antiperspirant due to tannic acid that has astringent properties (meaning it can contract or reduce body tissues). You could also try drinking sage tea and work from the inside out.

Apple cider vinegar

Apple cider vinegar can be applied to the hands and feet, or it can be consumed with a few drops of honey on an empty stomach. It acts as an astringent and keeps the pores of the skin tight. It can also be applied in the armpits with a cotton ball moistened in the solution.

Drinking water

It is very important that you drink a lot of water. Drinking fluids can cool your core temperature and can decrease excessive sweating.
